Sweating

Yep still here!!

    I have had a lazy day today cause its to HOT to even THINK! I was so looking forward to some rain today. I actually got all giddy over the threat of sever weather. Once again however the vortex around our house has again prevented us from getting rain! The last 3 rain falls that we have had anywhere near us have actually broken up and then reformed just after us. I know I have joked for years that living among all of these trees has us protected from bad weather! BUT this is nuts my lawn is so dead that IF the wind were to blow I'm almost certain we would be making tumble weeds.

     I watch the news and they talk about it being the worst drought in like 50 to 100yrs depending on what news station you prefer. I am sort of partial to the news channels that make it sound as if this is the end of days ! Those channels give me good giggles! Well cause lets be honest being rash and overly dramatic is so up my alley. I do love when they blame in on things like El Nino or La Nina Or My personal fave

GLOBAL WARMING!!!

     That's right we have killed the one thing keeping all of here the EARTH and now those of us in the Midwest and south are paying with our grass and crops! Alright there are more things to this I know but it cracks me up when news ppl or for that matter street ppl get all worked up over it. ITS THE WEATHER!!! its just gonna kinda do its thing we cant change it or control it so why in the hell are we trying to EXPLAIN it! Alright I'm getting all worked up and now I'm hot again!

Just Doesn't Seem Right

Looking online today I was desperate for more information about children & families effected by Autism. I came across something that was kind of upsetting.

This button is available on http://www.autismspeaks.org/ . I am a great fan of their website & I am a avid Twitter follower of theirs. For some reason though this rubs me the wrong way.

Do I really have to put a button on my Son so that it explains to others as to why he is "acting" the way he is "acting". I am pretty sure I do not expect you to put a button on your child that says

I'm not misbehaving

I'm a spoiled BRAT

Please Understand !

Really!!

Now I realize that every child's different , trust I have 3 of the most different kids going!! There are defiantly varying degrees of Autism , thus the spectrum ppl, so there may be a case you find this necessary. I so don't hold judgement towards parents that have this. Lord knows I have NO business judging someone!! I let my kids play Wack-A-Mole FOR REAL!!(I'll Explain Later) So what you do, if its right for you, more power to you but I do think its sad that some parents may feel that they need give an "excuse" for their child. I have never felt that I have had to go into any situation and had to announce that my son is on the Autism spectrum thus explaining why he is talking as if in a game show !   

If my son has to wear a button to give some sort of explanation as to why he is acting or doing the things he's doing , then I want your kids with buttons on too and I am DYING!!!! to know what their excuses are??? This is a excellent lesson in tolerance KIDDOS!!!

I wont say I haven't lost my patience for people from time to time but I am not asking to label them or ask them to put a button on. I do what most ppl do. Go out to my car and talk S*%t about them!!

Cause I want To!

I'm pretty sure I complain a lot ...well that's what I've been told anyway. I say its more "commenting" on lots of things but sure agree to disagree! That's not what I wanted to say! What I wanted to say was what is it about getting together with a friend , especially one you trust, that makes you say things you either ...
A- would NEVER say even drunk
B- talk about things that you know less then nada about!
Come on don't sit there and think ..."Nope Never happened to me" LIAR!! I call Bull*#it.
I have friends and then I have FRIEND!! Like if I were in Jail I wouldn't have to call cause "Bee-otch" would be with me! Well with that FRIEND! We suddenly think we are gods gift to solving problems. Trust me , if you were a fly on wall in my car you would be SHOCKED! Since I finally have warned her that some of those things are going to get talked about here be ready !! I mean like grab a drink, say a prayer and settle in, I'm about to get on my "I think I'm right Soap Box" !!!

Day Two !!

So Day two at this Blogging thingy that has me hooked on other ppls lives. So to stike some intrest I have a short story to tell.

I was Born in Monterey Ca, the summer of 19-- ( yeah thats not important). My mom had been born and raised in Carmel-by-the-sea & my dad was a california transplant. He had been born and raised in Binghamton ,NY. I am the 2nd of 3 children so I have Middle child sydrom like you wouldn't BELIEVE ! you will get to know that well I'm sure. In the summer of 1987 my father decided to become a pastor!! Yep so 4/5 years later I was welcomed into the world of being a PK!! So lets keep adding to the disfunction! OH did i mention that because of the new career path of my father we had to move to Dubuque IOWA! .....where does one go in a story after a bomb shell like that ?? Im not sure either. Thats a start right so now you will start to understand a lil right?

Its a Start

         I guess in the world of being inside someones elses head/world blogs are the way to go! This is my start it may not be much or it may be the best thing since (insert great thing here). Im not sure how fun my life is but I know that sometimes when I sit back I just laugh and wonder WOW I made it through that mostly unharmed! On days I servive a blog post will be here to keep you up to speed!
